Step 2.
After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. If you do not see any email from us after 24 hours, please check your spam / junk / boxbe folder. Maybe our email to you was wrongly filtered to the spam folder by your email provider.
Step 3.
After receiving the payment invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK account within 24 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.
Step 4.
To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money.
Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.
** Once payment is made, we will process the order and you will receive the good items within 6-10 working days**
Please make the payment within 5 (five) days from the invoice date. We will reply your email after the payment received, and we will prompt you again with the delivery tracking number.
